BrightGrind AI provides website design, automation, and AI integration services, including but not limited to:

• Website and landing page development
• Workflow automations using n8n, Zapier, and related tools
• Messaging automations through Twilio and WhatsApp
• Data management using Google Workspace (Sheets, Calendar, etc.)

All services are provided under a best-effort basis and depend on the stability of third-party platforms.

You agree to use this website and our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems.
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute site materials without written consent.
• Use the site to send spam, malicious code, or harmful content.

We may suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms.

To deliver services, you may need to provide:

• Access credentials to certain platforms (e.g., Google, Twilio, Zapier).
• Accurate business information, brand assets, or customer data.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions to share this data.

All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise. Project setup fees are payable in advance unless agreed differently in writing. Ongoing maintenance or hosting fees are charged monthly, in advance, and continue until cancelled.

BrightGrind AI relies on third-party platforms such as Zapier, n8n, Twilio, Google Workspace, and OpenAI. We cannot guarantee the uptime, performance, or continued availability of these external services. Any outages, limitations, or costs associated with those providers are outside our control.

All designs, code, and automations created by BrightGrind AI remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. After payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the delivered work for their own business. You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce BrightGrind AI materials without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrightGrind AI and its affiliates are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
• Loss of data, revenue, or business due to service interruption, automation errors, or third-party failures.

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

We handle all personal and business data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data handling and integrations with approved third-party tools.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time if a user:

• Violates these Terms,
• Fails to make payment, or
• Engages in conduct harmful to our business or reputation.

Upon termination, all outstanding balances remain due.

We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in UK courts.
